Had a lovely annual leave day today, planning my next running phase. I’m ready for the Magic Plan! But I couldn’t let the workouts happen by chance. So here it is. Hope the picture is sharp enough! I had a lot of fun planning, and I hope to have even more fun running this!
It features returns (on popular request - mine) of Zombies, Laura’s Str & Flex and Runkeeper’s voices, but also added new Pilates and Yoga. And added to the mix is also a focus on my weak areas: knees and back!
