Oops - indecision almost caught me out!

Have been havering for days over whether to stick with my Vitality 10k run (completed last Sunday) or try to improve on it tomorrow. For goodness sake - what am I like? Why can't I just be overjoyed that in October I have completed Ju-Ju's magic plan, travelled almost 150 miles on LEJOG6 and run my first 10K wearing my race number with pride?? But no... those niggly gremlins have been working away in my head suggesting that I didn't run the full distance (having slowed to a walking pace a few times) and that perhaps I should have tried harder. AAARGH..... And now its almost midnight on 31st and my major goal - of writing something and posting before the end of the month has almost expired...

Sorry, only you can decide whether to run your Vitality 10000 again 🤷🏼‍♀️but well done on completing your first 10k! 👏👏🎉 It’s a great achievement and the Vitality medal will be a momento of a great running milestone!🏅

Sounds to me like October was a pretty successful month for you - here’s to more in November!🙂

Maybe just be happy with what you did? That won't be your last 10k!! You are doing brilliantly on LeJoG as well - i am miles behind at the moment so my November mantra is 'must try harder'. 😆
