My aim was to get this in for my 60th Birthday achieved it with 3 Weeks to spare, strange one as I had a struggling 30 Min on Thursday with a pace 1 Min/k slower than this, although I felt the distance I was not as tired as half this on Thursday, away to anylise diet etc.

Good for you! Lovely to see someone concentrating on time rather than speed. Speed = injury if we're not really careful. And longer distances lead to speed in the end.
I started couch to 5k last year with the aim of running 5k before my 60th birthday. I didn't really know how long 5k would feel like for a run. I beat my goal by a mere 7 months. 🤣
As for the difference between different runs, it's still a mystery to me. The only thing I know is that alcohol doesn't help.🤷♀️
Well done, it's a great feeling isn't it?!. 6 months ago I couldn't run longer than 5 mins and can't believe I actually look forward to long runs now, even though I still find everyone if them tough. 😁🏃♀️
CONGRATULATIONS! That's a great achievement. Could be so many things to good luck looking at all the stats and rest, food, water etc!
