So last two runs I did the ‘42 min Next Long Run’ and the ‘50 min Mindful Miles’ Nike Run Club apps. Quite enjoyed guided runs again (this was my 11th and 12th consolidation run). Did 6.02km and 6.25km respectively. Took them at a slower pace but meant I had nice comfortable runs. It was nice not having to keep checking my watch for pace or distance.
Will start the Magic Plan next week (have managed a 8km already). Looking forward to seeing what I can achieve in the next few weeks!
