Its not a fluke!

I dont know why but I dont put a lot of faith in myself sometimes.I only ran once so far this week, 4k, overslept Wednesday so didnt make 5k. Set off this fresh morning mot really sure what I was going to do😒I thought I'll aim for 10k and see how I go. Lucky to be at the seaside again for the weekend so always look forward to the scenery😍. 8k still feeling quite good so 10k in sight(my 3rd).When I got near to 10k I decided to carry on, and practise running slower and breathing, all the way to 16k !!! time 1hr43. So its not a fluke, I can run🏃🏃.

WOW ! Great run to achieve 16k on your third long run. I’ve also done two 10k’s now, but I don’t think my third one will be stretching to 16k just yet !
