After my first 10k race back in April, I have eased back on the running a tad, and was beginning to think it might have been a fluke. I ran the Trust Cragside 10k two weeks ago but it was very hilly and I had to walk quite a bit (but can highly recommended it, the views are spectacular). Anyway this morning I ran another local 10k race and pleased to report I ran all the way 😊

Ah well done SueKen!! I missed the booking deadline for the two castles. Is it a good run?
Well done SueKen and a lovely piece of bling for all your efforts. I'm beginning to think I should enter another event, but I'm really rather reluctant.
I’d say go for it, but pick your event carefully. Both runs I have done so far have been big events, so loads of support around the route, but each also had staggered starts, so I could stay near the back with the slower runners and not get jostled by people overtaking. I’m sure there’s a perfect event out there for you somewhere! 🙂
