I can’t believe I’ve done it! Thanks for the plan and it’s given me inspiration to carry on and look for the next challenge.

I can’t say I stuck rigidly week by week, but the certainly the targets give you something to aim for.......

Totally agree, I started out following the plan but when I got to 8k+if I felt good, just kept running. I have run 16k this morning! using tips and info from this forum. Good luck with your future runs👍💪
