Just started the Ju Ju plan this week and today ran for 38 mins, 2.55 miles and my fastest pace so far. Really delighted and almost could have run a bit more but I was on a slope and the extra effort to get up the slope was too much ! This is 4 mins more than last week - with consolidation and not using the C25K I have missed the weekly challenges so this felt good having an new goal to aim for : )

Welcome to this great forum. I started JuJus plan this week too but not got to 38 minutes yet. Did 35 minutes this morning inthe rain. Got one more run to do then wk 1 done. Yahoo. Happy running 🏃♀️ 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
