My first 10k

Been doing the magic plan for a month or so. After I went on holiday in sept I lost the motivation. And stuck mainly to 5k runs in the last few weeks. Some of which were torturous. Then on Saturday morning I woke up, put on my gear and headed out of the house. After 5k I was feeling good and didn’t want to stop, so I didn’t. I managed my first 10k!!! I was so pleased with myself, and getting the scary first 10k out of the way.
