Once I was in the rhythm 5km - 8km was easier than I thought but that last km is always the killer! I did it though and in a fantastic time. I targeted for 60mins and did it in much less. Made up for what I considered as a bad running week with paces down on runs 1 & 2! Loving this plan (still not a lover of running πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ)

Thank you. I always find posting times on the forum hard as I know we all have our own paces and lots of factors which affect one persons pace vs another! I think 1hr 23 still sounds amazing! It’s the getting out there and the elation of achieving it that matters. Keep going and hopefully see you at the 10k graduation 😁

Aww thank you 😊 I've accepted that I'm slow, I'm just happy with the progress I'm making! Are you following the magic plan? I did the time version and I'm now freewheeling it to 10k. We'll be there soon!
