Does anyone have any recommendations to avoid wet feet at this time of year?
I don’t want to buy another pair of running shoes, so should I be looking at waterproof socks?

News paper and a good radiator. Your running shoes should only get properly wet when you are running through a downpour, in grass or puddles. Otherwise even when the ground is wet your shoes should remain dry enough. If they do become very wet and get a really good soaking, roll newspaper into a ball and stuff it into the shoes and turn them upside down over a radiator. Take the paper out after a couple of hours and leave the shoes close to the radiator or upside down over it. Works for me. Embrace those runs with the squelchy sound.

I’d say keep them away from the radiator and just stuff with newspaper to dry naturally.
I wouldn’t worry about your feet getting wet, my feet have never been cold while running. I think it’s like a wetsuit where a film of water is warmed by your body.
I agree, just let them get wet. Can you imagine running with your feet in plastic bags? Yuk.
When my shoes are saturated I put them on top of the gas boiler to dry. It's not as hot as a radiator.
Much better to get wicking, anti-blister socks - they will let the sweat out but keep the worst of the wet away from your feet and avoid the blisters that you can get from wet socks.
Airing cupboard it is then👍😁
Thanks for your input guys, I just wondered if I was missing a trick🤔 other than puddle dodging🤣
Happy wet running everyone🌧😁🏃♀️
