Photograph just taken in the car showing 35 degrees here in Northants ๐ . . . I went for a walk earlier this morning and even that was a bit much. I wanted to do a 5k tomorrow, yet to decide but I have a feeling even really early its going to be a bit too warm . . . . Take care out there fellow runners.

Too hot, too hot! We're supposed to be 33C as well today. I'll be skipping my run tonight. I'm hoping for cooler weather for Friday for my long run ๐ค

no chance i would run in the evening - it doesn't cool down at all here! We are on 31 at the moment. i did get out early this morning - it was warm already but not blazing and there was a little breeze and how the shade was a blessing.
Looking at the temperatures for tomorrow morning - not sure i fancy it ๐ฅต

Eeek. We here on the south coast only have 31C with the sea breeze, and thatโs plenty hot enough for me. ๐ Iโm going day by day, but think over the low 20s is too much unless youโre already used to it. Donโt need the hospitals full of dehydrated runners with heat stroke! ๐

I always go out at 7am but itโs forecast to be 21C tomorrow at that time which I know is too much for me. I love jogging in the rain โ๏ธ

Snapsies OG. I ran early yesterday morning and Iโm due for another tomorrow but itโs going to have to be darned early. Snails hate heat. ๐ ๐ฅต ๐

I feel the same about getting out there in this extreme heat so Iโve decided to use my spin bike instead with the fan on to keep me cool. So a bit of cross training instead until parkrun on Saturday when it will be fractionally cooler. ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ๐

Ran 5k yesterday evening. Zig zagged all over the place as I sought the shade of the trees
So probably ran 6k. Nearly melted. It was an endurance run for sure, fighting my head which kept saying "what the @#$% are you doing?" ๐
Too hot, I ran 5.5k monday morning and 4k this morning and it was a hard one with heat already coming off the grass.
Take care everyone
I ran really slow 4,42 k yesterday evening at 9:01 pm. There were still 29C! It was really hard and I think I will try the next run on Thursday early morning ... maybe, because it doesn't seem to cool down much.

Well done everybody who has braved the heat, decided to give my mid-week run a miss today. Hoping the weather is a bit more 'running compatable' on Friday morning ๐
