I’ve come a long way

I never imagined this when I started out on Couchto5k three years ago.

Feeling sick after running for a minute and a half, being terrified by wk5 run 3 and finding my first 6k run a bit of a stretch.

I completed my first half marathon today. Slow and steady was the order of the day, but I did it!

Thanks to those who have supported me on here and thank goodness for couch to 5k.

Wow. Huge congratulations. Very well done to you on your HM. I’ve ran up to 15K before but I don’t think I’d stretch to a HM. Great running.

Amazing work! That’s my next target, but won’t be for a long time yet

What a fantastic achievement! A milestone distance achieved and with a brilliant time. All those hard yards led up to this run. Absolutely brilliant! Well done you 🥇🎽👏👏👏
