5k recovery run, first rainy run as well. It was quite refreshing in some way but I found it a bit slippy😲(pavement today)

Amazed at how many runners were in vest and shorts! Really pleased to run under 30 mins, probably cos I couldnt wait to get back in😂

Happy Running🏃🏃👍

Rain is the future and my personal favourite running weather. Well done you, that is a cracking time 👏👏👏👏

Keep smiling and enjoying it. You're doing a great job!

Wet's not the problem for running. Cold isn't too bad. The combination of cold and wet is.

Rain is ok if it isn’t pelting down and stinging

Running in the rain is great. Especially on dark evenings, you can just get lost in yourself, your thoughts and your run. You just need to experience the rain a bit more and I'm sure you'll grow to love it 😉

Rain only bothers me if it gets on my specs so I can’t see. Sometimes I wear a baseball cap or something to limit that. Otherwise it’s fine, as long as I know there’s a hot shower and dry clothes at the other end. Running in the rain is a bit like W1R1: doing it the first time can be put off for months but after you’ve done it once it’s fine.

I wear glasses too, so a cap will be a good idea for next time.👍
