Not an injury thank goodness, but definitely no running for me these days walking up the stairs tires me out! Ugh. Hopefully it'll pass soon. Maybe this is also my cue to buy some proper winter running clothes so I don't get hit by the cold again.

It is just this time of year unfortunately. I was in the same boat yesterday, but feeling much better today. Take an extra few days rest and you will be back to normal before you know it.
Get well soon.

This is just a pit stop before you're back on the race track. Rest up, feel better soon and go, go, gooooooo!
