Well....I did it!! Those of you who know me well, know that I have suffered with depression and anxiety for years. I decided to take up running in January 2020 with the Running Room. I joined a 5km group that was supposed to end sometime in the middle of April. I reached my goal and surpassed it by the end of April I was up to about 7km. Then the hot weather hit...uggg. I started going backwards 🤣🤣but I kept at it! I was supposed to do a Run for Women on April 27th but Covid made that run a virtual run. I love running!!🏃♀️For me, there is no other feeling like it! Despite Covid, humidity, snow, pain, soreness, I kept running! That's because I'm unstoppable!🏃♀️💖😊👍
