Magic Plan Week 3 Done!

A day later than planned after deciding not to run in yesterday's rain/hail showers but I completed week 3 of the Magic Plan this morning with a relaxed 5k run whilst on holiday in the beautiful surroundings of the Llŷn Peninsular.

Yes, I can't really believe I can talk about a nice relaxed 5k run. It still seems a bit mad when I think about it 😁

Well done on completing week 3 while on holiday 😁👏 I'm on week 3 after a delayed start and managed to get confused yesterday and did 4k as the first run 🤣 ah well- 5k tomorrow and hopefully 7k on Monday- I'm chasing you 🤣 finding it quite fun to try and find do-able routes in unfamiliar territory 😁

Never mind, I'm sure an extra 0.5k won't do any lasting damage.

I was going to run today, but the long drive home was rather tiring so am doing run 1 of week 4 on Monday. Will probably be a 4k with an 8k midweek and a 5k for (not) parkrun over the weekend.

If you are wanting to plan some new routes take a look at this website. Have recommended to a few people on here. Hours of fun, especially if you like maps as I do 😁

I didn't do my 5k run until today as plans changed yesterday- I enjoyed it though and have been trying to be brave and incorporate some inclines as opposed to the absolutely flat routes I have been religiously sticking to at home. I did 39:15 which I'm quite pleased with considering the different terrain 😁 I'm saving the 7k for a flat route along a disused railway in a couple of days 🤣 have fun with week 4 when you've recovered from your journey home, and thank you for the link which I'll check out before I start week 4 🏃‍♀️👍
