Never ever did I think 🤔 when I started C25K back in May that I would label a 4K run as a ‘short recovery run’ 🙊

But here I am, dropping my pace and listening to NRC 25 minute Stress Free Run (by Headspace). Who/what have I become?! 🤷‍♂️

Again, it was a bit of a struggle to actually get out today but I knew I had to do it or risk falling into a rut. It was raining ☔️ the entire run but just as I finished it stopped and the sun popped out 🙄 Can’t help but think the weather was reflecting/mimicking my mood!
