I was googleing waterproof running coats at 5.30 listening to the rain no idea why unless I was planning a bit of pre run crime! I got so wet but was fun! Kept to the speed podcast, laura encouragement to stick to it. It’s not raining now and the smugness is off the ships biscuit in waves as he said go later it might have stopped. I announced defiantly as i left into the dark and rain that his attitude will not get me LeJog or any other fancy french runnings. Happy runnings and wonderful days to you all 🤗

Build up the layers slowly, you’ll soon learn what you need. I ran through sleet, snow, wind etc in the highlands still in cropped leggings but needed thermal gloves and a wind proof top on. Everyone is different.
