Felt good today so went for the long run of 44 mins. Glad I decided to go for the 60 minute plan because I only managed 5k so to get to 10k I would be running for a very long time. It’s never been about speed for me but the achievement of actually running and enjoying it. The run felt so comfortable today and no sight of those 20 minute gremlins so think they’ve gone for good.
I love running first thing in the morning but did have to wait for it to get light enough, winter is certainly lurking around the corner so it looks like I will have to think about changing my routine and fit in a run later in the day which won’t be so easy. I’m not a fan of running on a treadmill but I have that option at the gym.
Already looking forward to Sunday morning and ticking off the 30 minute session.
