... is no help to running feet, I find. Has anyone solved the where-to-carry-tissues-conveniently problem?

40 minutes this morning across the fields & home over the sports ground and past the new housing. The barley fields have been cut & the permanent grazing fields topped. Season moving on.

FACT I have learned recently: ragwort, source of hay fever & banned from fields when I was a horse lady for its toxic potential, is also a native plant hosting a vast array of important insect life at different stages of their life cycles. Guess I need to admire its yellow brilliance & figure out the tissue thing.

Still trying with the strength & flex. CP2, I don’t think I’ll ever love plank. ☹️ And JaoJao, that Dead Bug is a killer but I am slowly winning. 😊

Happy running, folks. I enjoy all your posts. 👏🏼😄

EDIT: Thank you one and all for the informative and often enlightening answers to the Nose Issue. 😄 I am thinking I’ll try the real hanky tucked into a wristband idea, as it will be easy on the nose as well as accessible. Hubby better start counting his handkerchief collection, as ladies’ versions are tiny scraps of fabric with scratchy embroidery. ☹️ But best thing is I will no longer feel alone as I snuffle across the landscape - instead I will think of all my VRBs sniffling along with me. 😄🎉👍

I missed your original post and have just read it. Blimey, you’ve had lots of good advice there.

My nose runs constantly too especially in the garden and while running. I just take one tissue with me on any run and keep it either in my leggings pocket or in my belt. If it gets too yucky then I use my arm or sleeve 😭 (not very princessy I know) I have also used leaves at times when I’m desperate but only when I know what they are!

🤣🤣 Been there with these options. Thought of grabbing a nettle by mistake is gruesome ... 😮☹️
