Cheers thanks. Slow and unimpressive but got there. Not sure if I’ll manage 1/2 marathon but never thought I’d get to 5k.

Remember slow can be a fantastic way of avoiding injury and achieving new targets, also I bet your version of slow is someone else's fast 😉
