I am running 4-5 times a week ranging from 4-7km new to running started in April but now my knee is sore - it doesn’t hurt when running just afterwards - any advice

For a fairly new runner I think you are running too much, have a week off running, resume but only run 3 times a week, hopefully your knee won't get sore with running not so often. 😊 🏃🏾 Drink plenty of water even on the days that you don't run. 🏃🏾

Agreed you are probably overdoing it. Have a break run again a few times a week then if it’s still sore see a physio 😍 a little rest and care now might save you a lot of time off in the future 😁

Thanks will scale it back to 3 times a week with a walk in between
