Stopped from painting pretty colours on the bow of a boat by the patter of rain, I decided to go for a run in the rain. Yes me! It was warm rain though, and not even enough to wet me it turns out. Just 3km to test the hip. My back is aching (running often fixes that) it’s part of the disease and getting moving helps.
Slight niggle after 1.5km, but nothing dire.
I’ve decided the problem is the way I’ve been sitting when I’m working, so will revert to sitting in the armchair sideways, which lifts my legs a little and releases pressure on my back and hips. Unconventional, but comfy.
I’m happy with my little pootle today and discovered where another footpath goes.

It’s good that you got out to loosen up , and a few km each day is better than none at all.
