I did my first run yesterday for team HU 🇬🇧Yay ! I’m a bit behind with reading the posts so not quite sure how this Vitality thingy works ? Is it just for a week ? I’ve just checked on the website and it states I have not done a run yet but it’s registered on the HU team. I couldn’t get Strava to work at the beginning of my run so did it manually afterwards. Could this be why ? I did get an email saying I had done my first run on Strava. Any advice please

If you go onto the menu on vitality then select goals it will show you what its recorded for your runs and also show the total weeks for running. Going to menu and tournament you will see how weeks are divided, countries with most Km's go through to each next week. This is qualifier week. Hope this helps 🤗

I’ve just looked and nothing is recorded. Only on the HU team list 🤷‍♀️

When you say 'I’ve just checked on the website and it states I have not done a run yet but it’s registered on the HU team' I'm not sure what you mean.

Are you saying you can see you name on the HU team list?

If so, can you see a distance alongside or is it showing 0km?

There are problems with Strava data being picked up in VRWC for many people, but on top of that I am not sure whether or not they will recognise a manual entry to strava.

Have a read of the latest pinned post of HU FAQs for VRWC for info on how to submit an untracked run once you have waited 24 hours to see if it is picked up automatically.
