Running my new route on former rail line, lush and green. Some encounters with too friendly dogs with walkers on their leash and a silver runner! Seeing that made me look forward to the next 20 years of running, aspiring to also become a lean and mean silver running machine.
Joints and back ok. Calves ok. My knees only hurt once, back when going up the stairs with hands full of jugs of water.
So far I’ve managed to start from zero to 30min running two-three times a week, all without injuries. Hope that it continues!
