Really happy to be starting Juju's plan.5k today steady steady looking after the shins.Excited because having only ever used a dinky little Mp3 for C25K I have a big enough pocket in my new 'skorts' for my phone so have used Runkeeper for the first time.Very excited to find my steady run is done in 38mins.Though my mind wants to go faster.Holding back.
All loved- up on running.Chatting to ladies in the park on my cool down walk and rescuing balls from the stream for toddlers.Must be the endorphins or something.Have a great day everyone.

I can't wait to be back in Oxford again and running along the river - and walking the dogs round the Kidneys and Aston's Eyot, which would also be good running territory.
Happy birthday empem. Lovely running route and good luck with Runkeeper. I like it and listen to bbc4 podcasts at the same time. My birthday is tomorrow but no run for me until Sunday as I have a small injury.
