Hi,

So today I started my bridge to 10k journey and ticked the 2.5k run off my to do list.

Knocked nearly 40 seconds off my average pace and gained a 1 mile PB of 9:39 which is 21 seconds faster 😁

I am obviously chuffed with this but I had hoped to do one minute intervals and wondered how I go about doing this as my mannual checks of looking at my watch every 20 seconds only lasted 3 mins before I gave up and just ran...

I have a Garmin Vivosport so it's maybe not even possible? Any advice would be ace.

Thanks in advance.

Great you've now started the magic plan.

As for setting up intervals on your garmin, if you type in to Google your make of watch and how to set up intervals there is usually step by step instructions and even some YouTube videos. Good luck 👍

Brilliant, all set for autumn when it comes - we’ve been practicing autumn rain in Scotland for a few weeks, even the trees are tuning 🤔

How long do you want to do the intervals for? You could always just redo week 1 and get those prompts. I’ve tried that occasionally running fast/slow. You can chose if you want 60 fast or 90 fast too.
