Met up with Shake-and-run at 8.00 this morning for our weekly run. We decided to go round both ends this week for SaR’s longest jeff so far. We turned up in matching tops too 😃 Beautiful day again!

Thank you 😊 Funnily enough I ran 7.63km and SAR ran 7.87 according to Strava and we both did exactly the same route. Weird!

It was gorgeous and only about 13c when we set off (back to 30 now 🥵). Coffee and pain au raisin in the village square after and we were indeed set up for the day 😃

It is lovely in the early morning, with the added advantage of being one of the few flat places to run 😃

That’s Scotland for you 😃 We had a thunderstorm on Saturday and that’s the only rain we’ve seen in 4 weeks. Unfortunately the temps are heading back up towards 40 again by the end of the week, which is just too hot to do anything 🥵
