When Sandie1961 and I were discussing our running in France at the start of the Summer she said she would work with me so I could run round the long end of the lake. I was doubtful that it could be done as it was further than my running limit of 5km and the terrain was off-road, which I was not use to. But over the summer we have jeffed our way around and even done a 10k run of 0.5k walk/run intervals. It is a very pretty spot, but the high humidity has made it challenging. But this morning it was cooler, the ground was dry and the sun was bright. So we set off gently and I kept going. At 3.6 miles It may not be a huge increase in distance, but it is my longest non-stop run to date.

Well done on your non stop run and it looks beautiful 😍
You see, I told you you could do it, but you didn’t believe me did you? 😂 You did really well this morning. Good job seeing that I’m going back to the UK on Saturday 😅 Next stop the Magic 10 😃
Have a good trip home Sandie!
Well done. It sounds absolutely gorgeous out there.
Very well done s&r. Steady build up and 10k is there for the taking. Doesn’t matter of course; just enjoy what you are doing.🙂
Awesome S&R, really well done. What a lovely run. You’re doing brilliantly. 🤸♀️🤸♀️🤸♀️
Well done S&R! What a gorgeous place to run in ! You’ve achieved a huge amount this summer haven’t you?! And 10k is within grasp - I’ve managed it (twice!) now so I’m sure you’ll get there before too long as well!
Woohoo! Well done Shakes 👍😁👍
