Mid way fluctuations!

I did C25k around Feb this year ... then wasn’t sure how to make myself continue...10K seemed way to much... but then I got ‘mindset of as long as I’m out Walking/running that’ll do for the moment...I missed the voice in my ear so downloaded podcasts etc but still missed the encouraging voice of coach so I repeated twice the last few weeks of C25k!

Then I found this and read posts and then decided to print of JoJo plan... it sat on my wardrobe for few weeks ... Yep then I just decided to give it a go ... one run at a time... and I’m half way through!😜

I find it weird that sometimes the shorter runs 3k or 4K are harder than the 8k...

but I don’t worry just put it down to being ‘normal’ for superwomen like me! 🤣

Fantastic effort, so glad you've found ju Ju's plan and like it, it really works. There seems no reason why some short runs are harder than long runs, maybe we subconsciously try to go faster on short runs. Happy running 🤗
