Hey Runners
Just finished Day 4 of my August quest, which is to keep on doing home exercising and get back to regular running. So, I started a running plan on my App!
Well, today it went all kinds of wrong for me π€―, but I carried on. I was meant to do 6 sessions of 200 Mtrs at high speed. I started off going for it!! Numbers were in the region of 5.1 for pace. Then, I was pondering how long 200 mtrs really is, because it started to feel a bit tough. Then oooh isnβt it the next lap yet? I was still on lap 1.
So thinking itβs a guided run of some description π, and I must have missed the buzz to say your 200mtrs is done. I pressed lap 2 and went again, but same thing (No buzz, no idea how far Iβd run π€ͺ). I started to guess the 200 mtrs and press the next lap myself, because the distance doesnβt reset when you press for a new lap either.
I did it, but with quite a bit of frustration π£. I was settled by the last round though!! πππ What that is going to tell my App coach?.....God knows! I went out, I guess! β
The quest is still in tact and thatβs what matters most!!
