So I hurt my knee walking the Viking way and havenβt run for 6 days. I decided to test it this morning but itβs not feeling right in the warm up walk so I decide to do c25k wk1 run - 60 seconds run 90 seconds walk x 8. No music, just a talking podcast with lots of long silent pauses so I can concentrate on my knee. Iβm on a long silent pause when I hear a shout. I look around but see no one. Then I hear it again. Then it comes clearer βhelp! Help me! I yank out my ear buds and run towards where I think the voice is coming from - the hay bales. I shout loudly βhello? Do you need help? Where are you?β Silence. Then I realise the voice is from my podcast. Zombies run π€¦ββοΈ

Lovely pic too- I hope your knee improves soon
A zombie could hide behind those bales to lure me in though π€
Oh my, that would be worrying, poor you, you must have got quite a fright. Hope your knee held up. Happy running π€
π€£π€£you're mad and you made me laugh. Hope your running goes well π
π€£π€£π€£ Brilliant! I have used Zombies Run! Great fun, especially on dark runs!π± Glad it was all a false alarm! π
More importantly - hope your knee was ok?π
Thanks x the knee loosened up during the run/walk and despite being nervous at the start I enjoyed it. Mind you some of the enjoyment came from making a total arse of myself π I averaged 10.10 minutes per km and Iβm pleased on the slow pace as Iβve been trying to slow it down. I need to do more runs at that pace I think. Do every run like I have a dodgy knee π
Briliantπ
π€£π€£π€£ this gave me a proper chuckle π€£ glad to hear the knee seemed a bit better π€
Brilliant, I love zombies run! Glad your knee is on the mend π
