Finally managed to reach 5k this morning 27 runs after finishing the C25K. Set run app for distance rather than time and found a new route which ended at a cafe in the park and a loo which was perfect!!! Sat for ages with my coffee and the biggest smile on my face. So delighted to finally reach this goal ☺️🥵🏃‍♀️

So is it a temporary colour from the supermarket? I ask because I have pure white hair and I'm not sure I'm brave enough.

I learned to love my grey hair. It's taken me 60 years to be this trendy. I have people asking me where I got it done!

Hi its from a company called Directions - little pots of what look like paint in vibrant colours. Semi permanent so will fade over a couple of weeks but still leaves colour. I change it often and at times just go for all grey although that was easier during lockdown as I didn't put any colour on it for months. I think if you are unsure get some colour and put a tiny little bit on the ends and see if you like it. I have been colouring my hair for so long people now wonder if I am okay when its 'ordinary' . I'm 57 so its never too late !!!

I think the slow creeping is key!!( in a non creepy way !!!!)

I took the pressure off myself by just continuing with consolidation runs and very loosely following the 10k plan with longer each week . You will get there for sure.
