So just wanted to say hello. I have been keeping an eye on your posts, but not having run much myself didn't have anything to post.
I have now completed my 6 week body transformation challenge and feel pretty good. A stone lighter and a lot stronger, I' m hoping it'll make a difference to my running. I got a bit addicted to the training, but as I have dropped down to 2 classes a week should have more time for running.
I went for a little run yesterday to complete my qualifier for the running world cup and it felt really good. I wasn't any faster than before, but I enjoyed my run none the less. Hoping to go back out again tomorrow ....who knows, when spring finally arrives (by that I mean lighter evenings and a much nicer weather) I might even give the magic plan another shot πββοΈ

I did with a local gym. Some calorie counting and lots of circuit training. I've learned that I can do a lot more than I ever thought I could. I need someone to push me though, would never try as hard in the gym on my own. There are lots of places offering some kind of transformation program. It's worth looking into. Obviously, I'm pleased with the weight loss, but I can also do 'proper' push ups now π
