Hi. Much better run today and new 5k PB.
On Wednesday I couldn’t even reach my 2.5k and gave up at 2.1k. Today I did 5.04k in 33.16/ 6:36 min/km. Very happy with that.
It just goes to show how each day is different. As they say, some days are diamonds and some are stones.
Hope you all have a diamond today.
Thanks for the support and happy running.

Isn't it funny how some runs just don't go to plan but it makes the good ones even better. Well done you 😊😊

That happens sometimes but, you know what, it all adds to the total. Well done on not letting a less than perfect run hold you back.

Thanks, you are so right! I just decided that although it was odd that I struggled so much, I was close to the 2.5 and at least I had gone out.

Some days we just have to accept are tougher than others....all goes in the fitness bank and all positives.

Yes I’m beginning to realise that.

Run46 Graduate10 5 years ago Great time Rainbow, very well done 🏃♀️👍...I can only assume the really bad ones are the bodies way of saying you need a bit of rest. Glad you've got your mojo back, the good ones are really worth the wait 😊
