Hi.
well managed to get up nice and early this morning , so out and running at 06.00 before the temp got to high.
set off at a slightly slower pace than usual( 148 spm instead of 150 ) just to see if it would make a big difference. my 5k time was as expected slower, but i felt comfortable enough too continue on.
eventually made it to 60 mns ,( just over 7.5 km), my legs haven`t fallen off yet, i will probably feel it tomorrow, but today i am well pleased.π
