So yesterday my bluetooth earphones cut out on my long run . This is the second time this has happened and I emailed the company. They said if I could send a picture of them so they could help and I did and had to tell them they are now not working at all. I've had them for over a year and they are supposed to be waterproof. I got an email back from them saying they were sorry that they wouldn't work at all and gave me a voucher code which I thought was maybe 10 or 20 percent off a new pair.
It was so much better . The voucher was for £60 and considering mine only cost £30 I was so pleased.
So a new pair is on order and I sent them another email thanking them for their excellent customer service😁

Were you listening on Spotify? My Bluetooth ones kept doing that and it turned out that Spotify was defaulting to my PC as had not turned it off there and it appears to be dominant device ! Have turned off Spotify on PC and it no longer happens.
Brilliant customer service.....sadly so rare these days. What is the name of the company as I’d happily buy from them knowing there is such great back up
