This might be useful, certainly until Garmin gets back up. . . I just found another alternative to Garmin Connect; mapmyfitness.com If you upload the relevant .FIT file from your Garmin to the mapmyfitness.com site you get the info above, quite useful really and its quite easy to sign up for a free account. The attached image is a screen grab from my uploaded run this morning.

The .fit file will also upload to Strava too. Just select the option "manual upload" from the menu option on the right hand side of your account (under the bit that looks like a crosshair). Go to "activity" folder from your garmin file, and find your run. Select that and "open". Bingo! Its on Strava!
