10k +

Just wondering, people who have got to 10k. Are you going to carry on following the plan but adding distance on every week? I would like to get to 10 miles and was thinking of carrying this on but adding distance onto every week.

I graduated to 10 miles on Wednesday, how I did that from 10K, I ran 1k more every Wednesday, 11K, 12K and 13K were run each Wednesday, this Wednesday should have been 14K but as that is only two K's short of the 16K and a little more I decided that I would run 16K, ten miles, like getting to 10K from 5K just gradually increase your distance until you get to 16K or ten miles.

What you could do is add a small amount of distance to 1 run per week 1km or 0.5km. Then 2 shorter runs. Good luck 👍
