Well done. Itâs great getting the result email every week. Keep running 5K and logging those runs and youâll be perfectly ready for parkrun when it returns. Some of us on this forum run 5K every Saturday morning and then pretend that itâs the real thing. Just for fun we post our post run reports. Join in next Saturday.
