Good morning runners!!! First run since last week, haven’t been feeling up to it, but today I ran 5k! It took me 45mins, but I did it slow, took my time and I actually enjoyed it!! I ran for my friends charity who lost their 1yo daughter to cancer back in February. Today, I #RunForRose

How wonderful. Well done to you for getting out and so lovely to hear that you felt you had enjoyed it. Taking it steady really pays dividends later. A wonderful cause too. ❤

Doesn't matter how long it took, the fact that you enjoyed it is even better and for a very worthwhile charity 😊😊👍

Fantastic run for Rose, well done you on your first 5k. Enjoying runs far preferable to fast exhausting runs. Happy running 🤗

I just completed c25k on Thursday and didn’t hit the 5k at all

Looking forward to running 5k today no matter how long it takes x
