A wet run... oh and I ran my first 10k 😀😀

I knew it would be a wet one this morning and off I set just after half 7, the plan was to do my first 10k, slow and steady, 75 mins (all you very wise people are right!) And I loved it, and what's more I know I can go further. Not for a couple of months though 😉 going to consolidate 10k first. Thank you all you lovely people for your guidance and support.

Ps. I really debated putting the selfie up, hate taking a selfie, but needed to mark the occasion... I'm smiling on the inside... honest 🤣🤣

No I didn't but it was a godsend when it was hot!! Yes I will do, might wait until the autumn... weather will be cooler too
