Those of you who know me will understand this post. After recovering from injury and illness last week I managed to get back to 10k and felt great. This week I have been struck down again with illness. Blood tests and samples done, been put on a huge dose of laxative before more tests. This means I can barely leave the house and definitely not able to run, stomach hurts just walking! I never thought I’d miss running as much as I do, it’s the freedom and sense of accomplishment we all get. Sorry to rant but I’m just soooo FRUSTRATED!
