🐌 might have been faster, but I made it on my feet shuffle-running at the end. It was hot at 8am. 6mo ago, a highlight was cheesecake, now it’s crossing the finish line 🏃‍♀️🐌🎉🍰.

Well done on running 9K and burning 568 calories, as you know I ran a 10k and have just looked on how many calories I burnt, it was 748, any idea on how many calories there is in a slice of cheesecake?

Ahhh, I just checked the 10k I ran this morning and I only burned 468 calories! I never check those as a rule and I don’t think I’ll bother again! 😅
