I've been running 3 x 30 mins a week since I completed the programme in March, so for well over 8 weeks.
Finally this week I took the plunge and decided to try something a bit different, and did the NHS couch to 5k+ stepping stone podcast with Laura - went OK. The main thing is my sense of achievement is back. Looking forward to trying the speed one next!

Glad you've found those. I was losing momentum in consolidation and doing the stepping stones and speed podcasts really gave me a boost. Tough but feel like they are working😆. Maybe think about the Magic Plan (either 60 mins running or 10k versions) on Bridge 2 10k after your consolidation period?
I'd give the Bridge to 10k a go. You've consolidated enough for me. How do you feel about it? It starts really gently and you've got more in you if you fancy it? I reckon you'd love it and you'd go further.
Its not an app its a single podcast aimed at cadence training. The other one that I've done is the speed one which is interval training. Both pretty good. Haven't tried the third one.
Well done Foxglove2 ...I often go back to the podcasts with Laura, just to remind myself that I can do them...they’re a real workout...and the music is a test of endurance too!!! I’m getting all sorts of inspiration this morning...I don’t know where to start!! Thankyou 😊
