Just did my 2nd consolation run since graduating. I was feeling tired but OK so decided to run to 5k and see how long it took. I managed 34.56 which I’m pleased with considering I’m in my late 50’s and have never run before.
The plan going forward is to do 3 runs a week building stamina and endurance and try to make the middle run 5k each time.
