Is there a 10k running app that's easy to use and is free to use

C25k is brilliant easy to use

As like to be told when to run and when to walk.

Hi Jayparr1969 ...I don't know whether you've found an app yet but I have read about the nike running app, I haven't tried it yet so I'm not sure if there's any commentating through the runs but they do look interesting...the other thing you could try is Ju-Ju's plan? The only one I have tried that have run/walk intervals are Geoff Galloway's runs that available on Garmin..I'm not sure if they're available anywhere else, they must be? but I'm not sure where to look...you might have to do a bit of exploring on the internet??
