Has anyone broken their wrist ? I am in plaster for 4 weeks. Broke it 10 days ago. Still sore but when gets less sore can I run with it ?

I would ask your consultant /gp for advice on this depending the type and position of the break. My daughter broke wrist and had no activity for 6 weeks in plaster then advised little activity which may cause jarring for next 6

Definitely ask your doctor but I broke my elbow two weeks ago. I'm not in a cast though only a sling. My doctor said try in a month (from doing it) walk/running and see how it feels. Physio said to walk preferably up hills to help maintain fitness. Hope this helps.

Oh no what a shame. Hope your wrist heals quickly. I would be cautious about running too soon and agree with the other replies
