So Wednesdays run was boiling but quite enjoyable . Then today raining and 50mph winds and I loved it . Todays run was a route I've ran before but a bit added in. An incline which seem to go on forever then a hill a few flatter bits then 2 hills one after the other . I've only been running 19 months but really feel it's getting better with each run.

Have a great weekend πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘

Great run for you in the wind and rain. So jealous of your hills. We have high winds - kept me awake during the night, but so far no rain and my run at 9 was 16deg - about my limit. Enjoy your cool hilly runs while you can, the sun is due back soon. Happy running πŸ€—

yay well done that sounds like a great run :)

There's nothing like a bit of variety and you certainly have had that weather-wise this week. I quite like running in the rain my morning run today was breezy and drizzly but warm at 16 degrees. We have lovely sunshine now though β˜€οΈπŸ˜„.

Yes Buddy34 you do have the running bug, to run in that gale and rain just proves that, good run for you today and I am so pleased to know that you "loved it"

All seems to be going well for you Buddy34, always nice when runs are enjoyable and you get a continuing sense of accomplishment.

It’s my run day tomorrow, I’ve just looked at the forecast and think I can guarantee getting soaked. All I need to do is decide where to get soaked. Think I’ll avoid any 800m ascents after yesterday but a gentle 150m over 5k up the Glen quite appeals. At least the rain is warm now it’s coming from the Southwest.

Yes that was some elevation gain on your run yesterday. Enjoy your more gentle run tomorrow . Just realised we follow each other on strava when I seen your avitar πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘πŸ‘

Well I think you definitely came off worse with the weather - that's more like a gale! Glad you had a good one!

Love that with each run you seem to learn more about yourself and grow!
